Customers have the right to return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact.
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, Bodliy will cover all shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange due to size or change of mind, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
The product will be inspected before accepting the return/exchange request.
The refunded amount will be transferred to the original payment method within 7 business days.
